I think it's better to understand what you are comfortable granting, in the first place. If you have no problem with that, then I suggest that "everything and the kitchen sink" is the best choice. If you'd rather be selective, we need to better understand what is needed, what is nice to have and what is likely to be redundant/discarded (if anything).
