I'd say let's start with everything (as long as MetaCarta is fine with it) and

You'll need to put up a tarball w/ an MD5 Hash (along w/ the version info on 
the md5 tool you used) that can be referred to publicly so that I can fill out 
the ASF paperwork on the grant.  See 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INCUBATOR-77.  Once the grant is 
accepted, then we can work through committing it to SVN.
