Try www.blackdown.org

They have a 1.2.2 JVM (not sure on whether it is actually a final
release yet) for ppc Linux.

The Flash plugin will need to be unarchived and installed in your
mozilla/netscape plugins folder - i.e. untar/gzip the archive e.g. 'tar
-xvzf flash_linux.tar.gz' (if it is not gzipped, use 'tar -xvf
flash_linux.tar') copy it there manually and restart netscape.
Instructions are provided in the archive.

You'll have to place a symlink to the Java plugin (ln -s
path/to/jdk1.2.2/libjavaplugin_oji.so libjavaplugin_oji.so) in your
mozilla/netscape plugins folder and restart your browser.

I haven't done this myself, i'm just going by what was needed to install
Java on my x86 linux machine. I have a Linux-running iMac here, so if
you get stuck i'll put it on that machine and let you know what was
required.
