I think you want: ftp://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/mandrake/Mandrake-devel/cooker/ppc/ However, urpmi probably isn't going to work. The hdlist1.cz isn't updated on the mirrors very often for ppc. I'm working on a solution to this in a couple ways.
