I cannot add a local printer via printerdrake. When I start printerdrake
I recieve the following errors.
rmmod: module parport_pc is not loaded
rmmod: module parport_probe is not loaded
/lib/modules/2.4.20-2mdk/kernel/drivers/parport/parport_pc.o.gz:
init_module: Device or resource busy
Hint: insmod errors can be caused by incorrect module parameters,
including invalid IO or IRQ parameters.
You may find more information in syslog or the output from dmesg
modprobe: insmod
/lib/modules/2.4.20-2mdk/kernel/drivers/parport/parport_pc.o.gz failed
modprobe: insmod parport_pc failed
rmmod: module parport_probe is not loaded
Then I click manual configuration as it did not find any printer. If I
click Next, it complains about the fact that I have to choose/enter a
printer/device. CUPS is running by the way. It seems that printerdrake
is not fully working yet.
