Ok, thank you.
Since I have discovered that cooker english installation works but not the
nationalized ( I'm sure for italian ) waiting for an updated install procedure.
After the english install I have changed i18n settings to "it" and "it_IT",
'locale' display it for all but the system still in english ( also installed
with force locales-2... and locales-it )...
