[Cooker] Dumb Question 1: How do I tell if I using 7.0b?

Hello Everyone:

I figured, since I has some time, I would play with 7.0, but I'm not sure
what version I am running. I deleted that ISO image. Is there a way to
determine if I have the latest version?
