[Cooker] PPP configuration still deleted after upgrade.

The last few rsyncs seem to be deleting (or more precisely clearing) my PPP
configuration phone number, etc... All my other network settings are OK. Also
The hardware setup button on drakConf doesn't work, but That's ok because I
hadn't seen that button there before....
