Hi. I used linuxconf to configure a ppp dialout, and then 'ifup ppp0'
gives me this:

Apr 14 15:31:32 walluck pppd[2546]: Connect script failed
Apr 14 15:31:33 walluck pppd[2546]: Terminating on signal 15.
Apr 14 15:31:33 walluck pppd[2546]: Exit.
I have been running redhat for quite a few years and sadly I have never
been able to get ppp to work in this manner. Help owuld be appreciated.
I also tried diald. It's up and running, but a link is never
established. Wat sorts of things must I do to cause diald to at last try
to dial out?
