[Cooker] Still bug in Nedit/Lowcolor icons in KDE

Still the same bug in Nedit, ctrl+s writes <dc3> in editor instead of
saving
Still Lowcolor icons in KDE, even though I have 32bit colodepth. Tried
easylinux, it uses highcolor icons, and it looks extremly nice.
