[Cooker] Zope Packages Out of Date

On May 9, someone wrote to the cooker mailing list a note about the Zope
packages already being out-of-date and if there were any plans to update
the packages to Zope 2.1.6.  I never saw a response to this message.
With the 7.1 freeze, are there any plans to update these packages after
the initial release?
