I just successfully entered a sort-of-a-test bug using IE 5.5, in plain http.

I would say that this bug was fixed sometime in the last two weeks (though 
there is still a persistent JS error on all pages due to a missing form 
element). Closing as fixed...

I've entered three new bug reports for 9.1 RC1 using the non-https bugzilla and
all three have not appeared.  They seem to fill out okay, but after clicking on
the commit button, you are taken to the page where you would normally receive
the new bug number, but there isn't a bug number displayed.  The new reports do
not appear in the "My Bugs" query or in manual searches, either.  Submitting a
bug report using the https bugzilla still works as expected.
