Even if that means a crazy person is encoding videos on a i586(no MMX), say, 166MHz (or somewhere near) without hardware acceleration???? Must be surely someone with paaattttiieeeennnccceeeee!

Has a VIA C3 mmx support because 966Mhz doesn't sound slow to me
