I prefer KWinTV myself.  The version in contrib is old but the one on their
website compiles and runs just fine, you just need to replace "/opt/kde" with
"/usr" in the .spec file.

By the way, why does everyone harp on the size of the KDE Themes rpm when the
WindowMaker themes rpm is even bigger?  (Not that I'm complaining -- I happen
to love WindowMaker.  It's just when you make this sort of complaint, and WM
Themes is even bigger than KDE Themes and you don't mention that, it sounds
less like concern about the amount of disk space being used for themes and
more like simple anti-KDE bigotry...)
