description:
When trying to use "cu" as an unprivilleged user I get the following error:

cu: /etc/uucp/port: fopen: Permission denied

It seems that either "cu" is supposed to be s[u|g]id to the UUCP system user or
the permissions on /etc/uucp are too strict. My past experience tells me its
the former. Probably some setgid perms got lost during packaging.
