Errr--it isn't being supplied.  It was not in the distro for 7.0 either.

The rescue utility we have is the boot disk you have the option to make while 
installing.  It is OK for most purposes  (Not sure it will carry enough 
kernel "stuff" to boot Reiserfs if you have / as Reiser as well as all 
others) but not as generally useful as Tom's IMHO.  

I hope that the newer version will be in the next release.  I think their 
"deep freeze" means the CDs are ready to press or are being pressed.
