I think we need all alsa packages to be upgraded to 0.9.6 . libalsa and alsa-utils are from alsa 0.9.5, this makes aplay segfault. It even locks sound on kde startup because aplay can't play KDE startup sound, it loops, and artsd can't be started. libalsa-oss is from alsa 0.9.0, this may be upgraded too :) -- Olivier Blin
