But, we can fixe this problem by patching GNOME for don't displaying Home.desktop and trash.desktop you can find path into .kde/share/config/kdeglobals [Paths] Trash=$HOME/Desktop/Trash/ => if Trash is into Desktop dir, GNOME should not display this entry. Or perphaps, GNOME will use .gnome-desktop as before.
