CONSOLE_NOT_LOCALIZED=yes is now fixed on CVS.

reversing translation strings may not a good idea, as for mdk tools a lot of
strings are common for both gtk and ncurses interfaces.
I understand it was a good workaround when no real bidi support existed; but
currently it may be better.
If you would like I add another variable to also disable translations on xterms,
just tell me.

anywany, rc1, out of the box, the string is in /etc/sysconfig/i18n and I still
get a "hebrew" console. The problem is that I get squares and stuff instead of
"reversed herew", on the other hand I can always blame acon on this, since it
should not be installed in whith hebrew. We like our hebrew reversed by hand.
aka visual, this is the translation used by make for example (hopefully i will
have time to reverse also urpmi before rc2 or final).
