With 7.1/Cooker hybrid
Installed:
xsane-0.60-1mdk
sane-1.0.2-5mdk
gimp-1.1.24-2mdk
The ln-s into gimp plug-ins gets recognized okay
dialog box with both
'microtek/dev/scanner' and 'microtek/dev/sga' pops up.
Either one ends up locking up on 'xscanimage' whether from
commandline or gimp.
xsane
finds me with
"xsane: error in loading shared libraries: libgimp.so.1: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"
Hadn't seen that one in awhile. various linkage combos didnt help?
Any advice? This scanner has worked flawlessly since RH 5.0 days and
through
all the previous L-M 6.0-7x incarnations.
