I don't care myself but it would be great for newbies if kpackage either would ask for root pass when a user chooses to install/upgrade/etc... or if it would even kdesu before loading kpackage, maybe at least associate su_kpackage which would run kpackage with kdesu with a right click on an rpm one could right click and chose weather to run kpackage as root or normal
