Hi I was doing a rpm --rebuild on the source package in the cooker
contrib, to install apt on my LM 7.2 system. However LM 7.2 is still
using rpm 3 and not rpm 4, this is detected correct by the configure
script in apt and would probably work without any problems. But for some
reason the creator of this package has choosen to override this by
defining  RPM4 as a compile flag in the apt.spec file. This makes this
source package quite hard to use on systems not using rpm 4.

If the configure script should have trouble detecting rpm 4, the correct
thing is to edit the configure.in file to make the detection correct.
NOT manualy override things.

I got things to work anyway, but please dont do things like this in the
future....
