Not really, no, but you can add "virtual" Requires to a spec.
Eg:
In one (or more) spec(s), you write:
Provides: Aurora-Monitor
now you can write in another spec:
Requires: Aurora-Monitor
This way you can kinda write that it "requires at least one of them". But I
don't know how to write "requires no more than one of them, but it is not
important which one".
