[Cooker] Antialiasing in gnome? konqueror fails in gnome

[SI Reasoning]

Is there a way to turn on antialiasing in Gnome within
cooker? Also, for some reason I can no longer get
konqueror to work within gnome. I get the following
error messege.

[sczjd@si-mandrake sczjd]$ konqueror
Xlib:  extension "RENDER" missing on display ":0.0".
konqueror: ERROR: ERROR 3: couldn't create slave :
can't talk to klauncher
