I will try the cooker xsane package.
In my office i use usb scanner (HP Scanjet 6300C). It works with the command
line "scanimmage ....". I can try to use it as scsi connection and look
what's going on.
At home I am using a parallel port scanner (Mustek 63000P), but I did not
succeed with setting up the correct device)
