[Cooker] Sound card detection...

Maybe I missed the step in the install.  I just reinstalled cooker from
scratch tonight (since the RPM db got completely hosed, though that's
probably my fault and not Cooker's).  To get the sound card (ESS 1868)
to work with KDE, I had to run sndconfig from the command line. 
Attempts to configure the card from within X/KDE failed.
