You can install it with a network floppy. Or download the rpm tree and use the mkcd.pl script to make your own iso's. But be aware, Cooker is development. Sometimes it's broken, sometimes not. And it is meant for development. If you just use it for getting the newest packages, that's ok. But don't expect support, you can mail something is broken, and fix it yourself, or wait for a fix.
