I patched the Makefile so hopefully the progs will find them there as /etc wasn't really appropriate. I did a brief test here, but it did not seem to need to use them for what I was doing. If there's still a problem let me know. I did not add that option as the default though in AppleVolumes.default. The initscript should be OK now too.
