I'm using a Dell inspiron 8000 laptop and I'm having power problems. If I'm powered up on AC power and then remove the power cord to run on battery only, everything imediately stops and I have to reboot to recover. If I boot up initally on battery only, it seems to run (but it's locked up a couple times) for awhile.
