Are you sure that is not already being accounted for? It is not inconceivable that if RPM is upgrading the package "foo", that it knows the currently installed foo is using 10MB of the disk and the new one is going to use 15MB and you only have 2MB of free space, that is why it fails -- the failure being of course, 2 < 5, not 2 < 15. b. -- Brian J.
