It is available on http://pascal.terjan.free.fr/rpm but it only contains qt-gui plugin (no console...). It is not really "clean" as I modified the configure.in instead of making a patch.
There is currently : licq-1.1.0-0mdk.i586.rpm licq-kde-1.1.0-0mdk.i586.rpm licq-devel-1.1.0-0mdk.i586.rpm btw, does someone have a nice way for the versionning of non official package ? (so that I can make several versions and when a licq-1.1.0-1mdk exists it is considered to be newer)
