Sorry, I remember using it once to build the CVS version of PHP. There
are three files in the source tree that need re2c, but in the final php
releases, these files are pre-generated (url_scanner_ex.c,
var_unserializer.c and ircg_scanner.c).

So it looks to me like you either use my spec file to grab CVS, or you
modified one of these three files.
