Easy Microwave Fudge
I have made this for years, and, it never fails.

2 12 oz. bags of Chocolate Chips
1 7 oz. of Marshmallow Cream
1 can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 C. or more, if desired chopped nuts(optional)

Directions:

Empty two bags of chips in microwaveable bowl, with the condensed milk, and, Marshmallow Cream. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, removed and stir well. Add the 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and stir again. Return to Microwave for another 3 minutes. Remove stir and pour in very well buttered, bottom and sides, 9 by 13 inched pan. If possible, glass pans work well. Pour evenly, all over pan. Place in fridge. for several hours or over night. Cut into desired sizes of squares and remove from pan.
Note:
To make other flavors of fudge, you may want to use peanut butter chips, butterscotch, or whatever instead. Make with, or without nuts.

Thanks,

I didn't know that; I just thought it wouldn't taste as good as what gets
made, over the stove.

Sorry!

Bring on some microwave fudge recipes then; I would definitely appreciate
them & plan to try one or two this week.

I agree. Microwave fudge is very easy, and it's good, too.

I don't know why you are against microwave fudge, it is the easiest way to
make it, and it works.

Hi,

I've heard that fudge is really difficult to make?
Does anyone have recipes that they've made that have been successful?
I'd rather not make microwave fudge, though.
Thanks.
