I personally don't have a folder for casseroles. So, an oyster casserole would go into my seafood folder. Otherwise, if a recipe overlaps a couple of categories, I put it into the category where the most pronounced ingredient belongs. For example, "cheesy mushroom fish bake" will go into the seafood folder, not the mushrooms folder, because fish, not mushrooms, would be the main ingredient.
