wouldn't butter work too? I just keep stering the rice and it doesn't stick 
but they have this spray stuff that you can spray in the water and it will 
prevent stuff from sticking but not sure if it's still around or if I'm even 
thinking of the same thing.

Also don't boil to fast.  Rice will come out fine even when boiled slowly.
