Hi, We decided to make tacos, in the crockpot. We threw in some ground round, diced potatoes, green pepper & onion and added taco seasoning. We bought corn tortillas and had a feast. It was yummy!
If anyone has other crockpot recipes with ground beef, I'd love to hear them. I liked the taste of the meat better in the crock, than browned on the stove. It's been tasting so bland for me lately!
