DEEP BUTTER COFFEE CAKE 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 stick butter 1 egg Mix together as you would pie dough with a fork. After thoroughly mixed, pat down in 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Push the dough up somewhat at the sides so that topping does not flow down into bottom of pan. Mix together 1 (8 ounce) package of Philadelphia cream cheese, 2 eggs and 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and pour over top of above mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Top with powdered sugar and nuts if desired. Enjoy.
