-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ? 4 c. zucchini ? 1/3 tsp. salt ? 1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice ? 1/4 c. flour ? 2 eggs, beaten ? 1/4 c. concentrated lemon juice Combine zucchini, salt, spices, flour and beaten eggs. Put mixture into a pie shell. Cover with top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Make pie crust using 2 cups flour. P.S.
