Sugar Free Banana Cream Pie
1 frozen pie crust, baked and cooled 2 small boxes sugar free vanilla pudding or banana pudding if you can find it bananas Bake pie crust till golden brown. Cool completely. Mix pudding mix according to package. Place 1/2 of pudding in bottom of pie crust, layer sliced bananas on top, place rest of pudding on top. Meringue 2 egg whites 1/4 cup Splenda 1 tsp. cream of tartar Beat egg whites, splenda and cream of tartar to stiff peaks. Spread on pie, covering top to edges of crust. Bake at 350 degrees til light golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
