I have had that talking microwave for almost four years now and it has been one of the best microwaves I have ever had. I think you can only get them online now. We got it from Best Buy back in 2006 and it was the last one they had. Ithink the confusion is that some computer speech will call Jan January, thinking it is the abbreviation for that month. Lora
