Hi, My name is Marianne and I grew up with Nutella in Switzerland. It is a hazelnut and chocolate spread and the favorite of many kids. My mother got so sick of us kids wanting nutella that she let us over eat on nutella until we were sick.
Unfortunately, I can no longer have it. It has about 37 grams of sugar in one portion. I am diabetic.
