A griddle is solid surfaced. I used to have one in the middle of my gas stove. A grill is not for eggs as everything would fall between the ribs of the grill. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sarah Mellor" <[email protected]>

Subject: [CnD] Griddles and grills

Hi folks.

What is the different between a griddle and a grill? I have found a cafe i really love and they do griddled eggs which are just as yummy as fried eggs but as I am worried about frying I wondered if there were other ways of doing eggs such as grilling them but I wasn't sure if that was the same as putting them on a griddle. I can do scrambled ones in the microwave but some times fancy a change.

God bless.

Sarah
