Hi all, I had a cookie a few weeks ago, but I am not sure what it was and I wonder if anyone may know what it is. It was an oatmeal cookie, but it had a spice in it that tasted like either pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg, though I cannot say for sure. Furthermore, the cookie seemed to have a filling in it, in which I could best taste the spices, whatever they were. The cookie was soft, though not mealy or crumbly, just soft like a chewy sugar cookie except for the softer filling. Any thoughts? Sorry this is so vague, but I am no cook and have little experience picking apart recipes.
