Three chocolate fudge

 

Ingredients:

 

3 1/3 c Sugar

1 c Butter or margarine

1 c Packed dark brown sugar

12 oz Evaporated milk

32 large Marshmallows, halved

12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips

2 7 oz milk chocolate candy Bars, broken into pieces

2 oz Semisweet baking chocolate, Chopped

1 ts Vanilla extract

2 c Chopped pecans

 

Method

 

1. In a large saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. 

2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. 

3. Bring to a rapid boil; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 

4. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. 

5. Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate; stir until melted. 

6. Fold in vanilla and pecans; mix well. 

7. Pour into a greased 15 by 10 by 1-inch baking pan. 

8. Chill until firm. 

9. Cut into squares. 

10. Yield: 5 1/2 pounds.
