CHOCOLATE CHIP FUDGE 

2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 small can evaporated milk (2/3 cup)
2 1/2  cups chocolate chips 
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup  butter
chopped nuts, if desired

Bring to a boil, sugar, cocoa and milk and boil for exactly 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and butter.  Beat until smooth; add
vanilla and nuts.  Pour into an 8-inch square pan lined with waxed paper or
plastic wrap to make it easier to get out and then refrigerate until set.
