Peanut Butter Fudge

 

1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter

1 1/2 sticks butter

4 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

3 tablespoons milk

 

Method

 

1. Coat a 9 inch glass pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. 

2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. 

3. Microwave on medium-high for 1 to 2 minutes. 

4. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 

5. Press into the pie plate. 

6. Microwave on medium-high for an additional 1 minute.

7. Place in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm. 

8. Remove and cut into eight pie-shaped pieces, wrap each wedge in plastic wrap.
