BAKE SALE "BIG COOKIE"
1 c. butter 2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla together. Beat in eggs. Sift in flour, salt, and soda. Blend. Stir in chips. Measure 1/2 cup dough. Spread dough on greased cookie sheet 4 inches in diameter and about 1/4 inch thick. Place 2 cookies to the sheet. This allows cookies to spread 6 inches or more. Bake 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Allow to cool on sheet 1 minute. Carefully remove with large spatula. Yield: 12 cookies. COOL FUNFETTI COOKIES 1 soft chocolate chip cookie Cool Whip M and M's Colored sprinkles Flip the cookie on it's back and spread the Cool Whip, and decorate with M and M's and sprinkles.
