Lyn, how long do you bake them and at what tempature. You didn't say in the

I just spray them with a little cooking spray, or coat the pan and rub them
around in it, put some lemon pepper and garlic powder on them, and stick
them in the oven until they're done. Do not cover and the skin will be
crisp and easy to remove if you prefer not to eat it. You could use any
type of seasoning, but the lemon pepper and garlic works for us. So, just
oven bake them in an uncovered pan or dish. I always line the bottom with
foil, as well. Hope this helps. I like simple, and this is. BTW,
sometimes I throw a couple of small potatoes in the pan and they cook up
nicely right along with the chicken.
