I made this for a cookout recently and thought it was good.
Jean Sutton KEY LIME PIE ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie shell 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/2 c. key lime juice 1 tsp. vanilla extract In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Mix in lime juice and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Chill 3 hours until set.
