Family's Pumpkin Pie (baked
Yield: 1 standard-sized pie
about 1 hour to cook
Ingredients 1 standard pie shell (or your own crust) 2 eggs,
beaten 1 15-ounce) can pumpkin 3/4 cups sugar 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp
pumpkin pie spice 1 12-ounce) can evaporated milk
PROCEDURE 1. Preheat oven to 400캟. 2. Thoroughly mix
pumpkin, sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Add eggs and mix
well. 3. While that is being mixed, slowly add the evaporated
milk. 4. Pour into crust. Bake at 400캟 for 15 minutes.
Lower the oven to 350캟 and bake for another 45 minutes.
